Shipping Policy
We aim to prepare and deliver your order as quickly as possible while carefully checking the phone case and printed design before shipping.
Preparation and Delivery Time
Orders are typically prepared and delivered within 5–8 business days from the date the order and design are confirmed.
Some orders may require additional time if the case for the selected phone model is not immediately available. The customer will be informed if any significant delay is expected.
Order Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming that all order information is correct, including:
- Name and phone number.
- Delivery address.
- Exact phone model.
- Requested design, images, and text.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Order Inspection
Customers may inspect the product upon delivery and before accepting the order to confirm that the phone case model and design match the agreed specifications.
If there is a clear issue with the order, please do not accept it and contact us through our Instagram page.
Shipping Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or the availability of the selected phone case model. We will make every reasonable effort to follow up on the shipment and assist with delivery-related issues.

مدة تجهيز وتسليم الطلب
يتم عادةً تجهيز وتسليم الطلبات خلال مدة تتراوح من 5 إلى 8 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب والتصميم.
قد تستغرق بعض الطلبات وقتًا إضافيًا في حالة عدم توفر الجراب المناسب لموديل الهاتف بشكل فوري، وسيتم إبلاغ العميل في حالة وجود أي تأخير متوقع.
تأكيد بيانات الطلب
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من صحة جميع البيانات قبل تأكيد الطلب، بما في ذلك:
- الاسم ورقم الهاتف.
- عنوان الاستلام.
- موديل الهاتف بدقة.
- التصميم والصور والنصوص المطلوبة.
لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير أو عدم التسليم الناتج عن إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.
استلام ومعاينة الطلب
يمكن للعميل معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام وقبل قبوله، للتأكد من أن موديل الجراب والتصميم مطابقان للتفاصيل التي تم الاتفاق عليها.
في حالة وجود مشكلة واضحة في الطلب، يُرجى عدم استلامه والتواصل معنا من خلال صفحتنا على إنستجرام.
التأخير في الشحن
قد تحدث بعض التأخيرات الخارجة عن إرادتنا بسبب شركة الشحن، أو الظروف الجوية، أو العطلات الرسمية، أو عدم توفر الجراب الخاص بموديل الهاتف. وسنعمل قدر الإمكان على متابعة الطلب والمساعدة في حل أي مشكلة متعلقة بالتوصيل.
