Terms and Conditions
By using our services or confirming an order, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Custom Orders
All printed phone cases are custom-made according to the phone model, design, and details selected by the customer.
Production begins after the customer confirms the order information and final design. Once production has started, it may not be possible to modify the design or cancel the order.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Selecting the correct phone model.
- Providing images and designs of suitable printing quality.
- Reviewing all names, text, colors, and design details before final approval.
- Providing accurate contact and delivery information.
We are not responsible for errors contained in files, designs, or information submitted and approved by the customer before printing.
Designs and Intellectual Property
The customer confirms that they have the right to use all images, logos, artwork, text, and other materials submitted for printing.
Customers must not submit designs that violate intellectual property rights, trademarks, privacy rights, or applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse any design that is unlawful, inappropriate, or unsuitable for production.
Printing Quality
We use UV printing technology to provide vibrant colors, sharp details, and good durability for everyday use.
Minor color differences may occur between the design displayed on a screen and the printed product due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the material of the phone case.
Product Use and Care
Phone cases should be used appropriately and kept away from strong chemicals, excessive heat, sharp friction, or any use that may scratch the print or damage the case.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear over time.
Phone Model Availability
We provide cases for most iPhone and Samsung models, as well as many other devices. However, the availability of specific models may change from time to time.
Final order confirmation is subject to the availability of a suitable case for the requested phone model.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions when necessary. The terms in effect at the time the order is confirmed will apply to the customer’s purchase.

الطلبات المخصصة
جميع الجرابات المطبوعة يتم تنفيذها خصيصًا بناءً على موديل الهاتف والتصميم والتفاصيل التي يحددها العميل.
يبدأ تنفيذ الطلب بعد تأكيد العميل للبيانات والتصميم النهائي. وبعد بدء التنفيذ، قد لا يكون من الممكن تعديل التصميم أو إلغاء الطلب.
مسؤولية العميل
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من:
- اختيار موديل الهاتف الصحيح.
- إرسال صور وتصميمات بجودة مناسبة للطباعة.
- مراجعة الأسماء والنصوص والألوان والتفاصيل قبل الموافقة النهائية.
- تقديم بيانات تواصل وعنوان استلام صحيحة.
لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأخطاء الموجودة في الملفات أو البيانات التي أرسلها العميل ووافق عليها قبل الطباعة.
التصميمات وحقوق الملكية
يقر العميل بأن لديه الحق في استخدام الصور والشعارات والرسومات والنصوص التي يطلب طباعتها.
لا يجوز إرسال تصميمات تنتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو العلامات التجارية أو حقوق الخصوصية الخاصة بالآخرين. ويحق لنا رفض أي تصميم مخالف للقانون أو غير مناسب للتنفيذ.
جودة الطباعة
نستخدم تقنية UV Printing لتقديم ألوان واضحة وتفاصيل دقيقة وثبات جيد مع الاستخدام اليومي.
قد تظهر اختلافات بسيطة في درجات الألوان بين التصميم المعروض على الشاشة والمنتج المطبوع بسبب اختلاف إعدادات الشاشات، والإضاءة، وطبيعة الخامة المستخدمة.
استخدام المنتج
يجب استخدام الجراب بطريقة مناسبة وتجنب تعريضه للمواد الكيميائية القوية، أو الحرارة المرتفعة، أو الاحتكاك الحاد، أو الاستخدام الذي قد يؤدي إلى خدش الطباعة أو تلف الجراب.
لا نتحمل مسؤولية التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو الحوادث أو الاستهلاك الطبيعي للمنتج مع مرور الوقت.
توفر الموديلات
نقدم جرابات لمعظم موديلات الآيفون والسامسونج والعديد من الأجهزة الأخرى، لكن توفر موديل معين قد يختلف من وقت لآخر.
تأكيد الطلب النهائي يخضع لتوفر الجراب المناسب لموديل الهاتف المطلوب.
تعديل الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام عند الحاجة. وتُطبق الشروط السارية وقت تأكيد الطلب على عملية الشراء الخاصة بالعميل.
